Description position
Bhoof is still a company in early market development, and the sourcing and scouting position requires a strategic outlook as well as hands-on work. We are looking for a person with a passion for the equestrian space, who has a positive drive, is self-reliant, willing to travel, and able to manage international relations. This person preferably has experience in equestrian textile production, such as saddle pads, blankets, etc., as well as experience with leather goods. However, experience in sourcing from other sports or industries is also highly valued.

Areas of responsibility

• Scouting market for new development and keeping an eye on competitors products – visiting trade fairs
• Manage sampling process of products in development
• Manage sourcing and purchasing of commercial products
• Manage sourcing of branding products, packaging and other product pieces such as buckles
• Visit and manage relations with existing and new factories

Summary Characteristics / Qualifications & Other

• Positive and outgoing, strong with relationships, organized and self reliant, willing to travel
• A passion for the equestrian space is preferred
• At least 5 years of working experience, preferably with production or sourcing of equestrian products, but sourcing of outdoor /other sports products is also valued
• Knowledge of adobe illustrator, photoshop or indesign is a plus
• English as a working language
• Proximity to Stockholm or Grevlunda Office
