We are now looking for a Junior Designer to join our start-up team and help shape the future of next generations equestrian equipment.
Founded in 2021 by one of the world’s top show jumpers, Bhoof turns insight from the competition arena into products that truly make a difference to horses and riders every day. Today we focus on leather equipment and textiles, but we see opportunities to expand the portfolio even further in the future with new materials and within new disciplines.
Your Role
As a Junior Designer, you will be a key player in our small but ambitious team. You will:

Contribute to the long-term design vision and contribute to the 5-year product roadmap.

Develop ideas from sketch to production-ready deliverables.

Support CMF (Color, Material, Finish), innovation, and trend strategies with Production Team.

Explore and implement new materials, technologies, and design methods.

Develop, maintain and evolve the Product Design Guidelines to ensure quality and brand consistency.

Oversee inhouse prototyping to keep development aligned with timelines and costs.

Lead design refinement and iteration based on testing, assessments, and feedback from Product Development Manager.

Collaborate closely with Product Development and Marketing to ensure a clear visual direction.

Be the design point of contact with external design consultant partners.

Be hands-on execution to ensure that all design activities align with our brand values, business objectives and commitment to user-centered design.

About you

Education or experience in industrial/product design/product development (Equestrian or other sport brand is a plus).

Proficient in design software – Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or 3D tools for product visualization (a plus).

Creative, curious, and eager to think outside the box.

Thrive in a start-up environment where flexibility and responsibility go hand in hand.

Interest or have experience in equestrian sport, with knowledge of the latest trends in equipment.

Passion for fashion/sports design and emerging materials/techniques.

Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus).

📍 Location: Stockholm or Grevlunda. Regular visits to Grevlunda and Product team will be required from time to time.
