Die Bhoof CO₂-Kartusche ist ein zentraler Bestandteil deiner Bhoof Airbagweste. Im Falle eines Sturzes bläst sie die Weste blitzschnell auf und hilft so, den Aufprall abzufedern und dich zu schützen. Die Kartusche gibt es in zwei Größen – passend zur jeweiligen Westengröße. Du schraubst sie einfach in die vorgesehene Halterung an der Weste. Bei Auslösung des Airbags sorgt sie für ein sofortiges und zuverlässiges Aufblasen.
Hinweis: Die CO₂-Patrone ist für den einmaligen Gebrauch vorgesehen. Tausche sie nach jedem Einsatz aus, um den vollen Schutz deiner Weste sicherzustellen. Für eine zuverlässige Funktion solltest du immer die originalen Bhoof-Patronen in der passenden Größe zu deiner Weste verwenden.

The Bhoof safety vest is equipped with a safety line that attaches to the included connector. The connector is fastened to the saddle and activates the vest’s gas cartridge in case of a fall, which rapidly inflates the vest. The airbag vest protects the upper body, back, neck, spine, and chest.
Use the airbag vest as your outer layer for daily protection. It can be worn under a jacket, provided the jacket contains at least 15% elastane to allow proper inflation of the vest. The vest comes with a CO2 gas cartridge, a reset key, connector, and safety lanyard. Once used, the gas cartridge can easily be replaced with a new one of the same size. One gas cartridge is included with the vest.
To reset the vest after a fall, see the instructional video below. If it needs to be used immediately after a fall, it can be laid on a flat surface so the air can be gently pushed out toward the cartridge attachment point. To prevent damage to the vest’s air channels, it should not be folded or rolled. If the vest is not to be used immediately after a fall, it is recommended to hang it on a hanger – in that case, the air will automatically release within 5–10 minutes.
The Bhoof Safety Vest 1 complies with the NF S72-800:2022 standard for riding airbags and holds the CE certification from the ALIENOR CERTIFICATION laboratory, assuring optimal safety and quality. Suitable for riders who weigh at least 25 kg.

Recycle empty airbag cartridges at a recycling center as hazardous waste or pressurized metal containers according to local regulations.
