Jacob Pope is a professional equestrian competing at the highest levels of both Hunters and Jumpers. Since turning professional in 2017, he has built a dynamic international career marked by major Grand Prix victories, Nations Cup team wins, and consistent success in elite hunter competition. In the jumper arena, Jacob has represented the United States on multiple FEI Nations Cup teams, earning podium finishes in Denmark and Norway in 2023, Spain and Portugal in 2024, and securing team victories in Denmark (2023) and Traverse City (2025). Individually, Jacob captured Grand Prix wins in Traverse City (2022) and Wellington (2025), earned a podium finish in a 2025 World Cup Qualifier (3rd place), and competed as a Major League Show Jumping Team member on the North American Tour in Mexico (2023). Equally accomplished in the hunter ring, Jacob is a three-time winner of the International Hunter Derby in Traverse City (2019, 2022, 2024), demonstrating his rare versatility across disciplines and consistent excellence at premier competitions. Based in Wellington, Florida Jacob owns and operates a highly successful training and sales business specializing in the development and competition of top hunters and jumpers.
