The wider neckpiece evenly distributes pressure across the neck and allows space for the crest. The slim design with soft padding at the base of the ears reduces pressure on the sensitive poll area, which is rich in nerve endings. This allows for free ear movement while minimizing discomfort and rubbing. It also ensures a better fit around the neck and head muscles, enhancing the horse's comfort. 

The browband is properly sized to prevent the headpiece from being pulled forward, avoiding unnecessary pressure at the base of the ears. 

The English noseband has a classic and sleek design that fits many types of horses. The noseband is equipped with thick, removable padding at the back to ensure a secure fit and reduce pressure on the jaw. This noseband should not be tightened more than enough to fit about two fingers between the nosebridge and the noseband. It should sit two centimeters below the cheekbone and provides the horse with great freedom of movement in the mouth, allowing it to chew the bit comfortably. For increased freedom, remove the flash strap. 

This noseband is best suited for horses that are not particularly sensitive to the movement of the bit and have good bit acceptance. If you have a young horse (under six years old), it is important to be extra cautious to avoid rubbing on the inside of the cheek, especially during teething.
