RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
- You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of the day you received it.
- The product(s) must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received.
- Ensure the product (s) are in their original packaging with intact labels. If the mesh bag och hardcase is missing, a fee of 70 SEK will be charged.
RETURN PROCESS
Returns with DHL:
Returns from USA, Norway & Schweiz email us at [email protected] to get your return label.
- Please pack the Bhoof product(s) carefully, making sure to return the item(s) in the same condition as when you received them and inside the original mesh bag. If the mesh bag or hardcase is missing, a fee of 70 SEK will be charged.
- Clearly attach the return label on the package. Make sure that any old labels are removed or no longer legible.
- Drop your package at the closest center here. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we’ll refund you for the returned product(s).
Please be aware when you make a return using our return label, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. More information regarding the return cost can be found under the headline “Return cost”.
RETURN COST
We have a fixed return cost stated as below:
- Sweden: 49 SEK
- Germany & Netherlands: 15 EURO
- Norway & Switzerland: 20 EURO
- Rest of Europe: 15 EURO
- USA: 20 USD
This will be deducted from your order when returning your item.
EXCHANGING A PRODUCT
Need to swap for a different size, color, or product? No problem!
- To create a return or exchange, click here and follow the steps, one by one.
- Select the item you wish to return and specify the size/color you want to exchange it for.
- You will receive a shipping label from DHL. Print it out and drop it off at nearest service center.
- Send your return – we will ship your new item at no extra cost once we receive your return.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will process it as a return and issue a refund.
REFUND TIMELINE
Your satisfaction is our priority. We will process your refund promptly upon receiving and inspecting your return. Typically, you can expect your return to be processed within 10 business days.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Should you receive a defective item please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please share your order number and photos of the defective product. We aim to resolve issues promptly, provided the problem is a result of a manufacturing or material defects.
