RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

  • You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of the day you received it.
  • The product(s) must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received.
  • Ensure the product (s) are in their original packaging with intact labels. If the mesh bag och hardcase is missing, a fee of 70 SEK will be charged.

RETURN PROCESS

Returns with DHL:

  1. Contact Bhoof customer service team to receive your return label at info@bhoof.com
  2. Please pack the Bhoof product(s) carefully, making sure to return the item(s) in the same condition as when you received them and inside the original mesh bag. If the mesh bag or hardcase is missing, a fee of 70 SEK will be charged.
  3. Clearly attach the return label on the package. Make sure that any old labels are removed or no longer legible.
  4. Drop your package at the closest DHL service point. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we’ll refund you for the returned product(s).

Please be aware when you make a return using our return label, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. More information regarding the return cost can be found under the headline “Return cost”.

RETUR COST

We have a fixed return cost stated as below:

  • Sweden: 49 SEK
  • Germany & Netherlands: 15 EURO
  • Norway & Switzerland: 20 EURO
  • Rest of Europe: 15 EURO
  • USA: 20 USD

This will be deducted from your order when returning your item.

EXCHANGING A PRODUCT

We do not process direct exchanges at our warehouse. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow our exchange process.

Contact Bhoof customer service team to receive your return label and your personal free shipping code at info@bhoof.com.

Please return the Bhoof product as described and make sure you follow the detailed process, found under headline “Return process”.

Should you receive a defective item please contact our customer service team at info@bhoof.com. Please share your order number and photos of the defective product. We aim to resolve issues promptly, provided the problem is a result of a manufacturing or material defects.
