RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If something doesn’t fit or feel right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Exchanges – How it Works
Need to swap for a different size, color, or product? No problem!

Go to: returns.yayloh.com/retailer/se_bhoof and enter your order number and email address used at checkout.

Select the item you wish to return and specify the size/color you want to exchange it for.

You will receive a QR code to show at your PostNord drop-off point. They will print a return shipping label for you.

Send your return – we will ship your new item at no extra cost once we receive your return.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will process it as a return and issue a refund.
Returns – How it Works
If you want to return a product:

Go to: returns.yayloh.com/retailer/se_bhoof and enter your order number and email address used at checkout.

Select the item you wish to return and follow the instructions.

Ensure the item is unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.

You will receive a QR code to show at your PostNord drop-off point. They will print a return shipping label for you.

Drop off your package – we will process your refund once we receive and approve the return.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns
For returns outside the EU, the process remains the same, but import duties and taxes are non-refundable. Contact your local customs office for potential reimbursement.
