We are happy to announce that Rodrigo Pessoa, one of the most known figures in the equestrian world, has joined the Bhoof team as a Bhoof Athlete. With an Olympic gold medal and a career with international triumphs, Rodrigo’s expertise and dedication align very well with Bhoof’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of equestrian innovation.
Who is Rodrigo Pessoa?
Born into a family of equestrian legends, Rodrigo’s passion for the sport was nurtured from a young age. “Horses were always the main topic of conversation at home—breakfast, lunch, and dinner,” he recalls. His journey began at the age of ten when he competed on ponies and discovered the thrill of riding.
Over the years, Rodrigo has amassed countless Grand Prix wins and prestigious titles. Now based in North Salem, New York, Rodrigo is preparing for new challenges with a top-class stable of horses, supported by his owners Jim and Kristy Clark. “I’m optimistic about what we can achieve in 2025 and beyond,” he says.
